DES MOINES, Iowa - The final day of the 2021 Iowa State Fair will feature the Doobie Brothers on the Grandstand Stage.
Organizers announced Wednesday morning that the Doobie Brothers will play at the State Fair on Sunday, August 22. Tickets for the performance go on sale on Friday. Tickets range from $37-$62.
The Band will feature both of its lead lead singers - Tom Johnston , who led the Doobies in the early 1970's - and Michael McDonald, who took over when Johnston had health issue, and was featured on numerous major hit songs beginning in 1975.
The Doobie Brothers sold 40 million albums over the years.
