(Des Moines, Iowa) -- With those giant piles of snow finally melted away, a statewide non-profit is looking for volunteers to clean up the litter hiding underneath.
Volunteers for Keep Iowa Beautiful's annual Pick-Up Iowa event can pick any street, river, or public place they think needs some cleaning. Tim Lane with Keep Iowa Beautiful tells WHO 13 volunteers may want to adopt their favorite walking path and make sure it stays clean.
The Pick-Up Iowa event runs from March 26th through June 30th.
