(Hamilton County, Iowa) -- The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office and Iowa State University Police are identifying the two students killed in a boating accident on Sunday.
Yaakov Ben-David and Derek Nanni were part of the 5 - member I-S-U crew team practicing on Little Wall Lake when their boat capsized. Three members of the team were rescued, but Ben-David and Nanni drowned in the accident.
Investigators say there were high winds and cold water temperatures on the day of the accident, and a further investigation is ongoing.
