(Polk County, Iowa) -- A Madrid man is facing charges in an accident that left one woman dead.
Cameron Kennedy is being charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident. The Polk County Sheriff's Office say a woman was found dead next to a truck laying on its side in a field near Madrid on April 24th. Investigators say Kennedy's been identified as the driver and owner of the truck.
