BELLEVUE, Nebraska -- Initial court and extradition hearings for a Bellevue father in custody in connection to the death of his children are delayed, again.
Adam Price is now scheduled to appear in court this afternoon.
The 35-year-old was scheduled to make his first court appearance Tuesday after it was rescheduled from Monday afternoon.
Price was arrested Sunday in California.
He faces two counts of felony child abuse resulting in death out of Sarpy County.
