CLARKE COUNTY, Iowa - A third teenager is dead from a crash last Thursday when a pickup truck tried to cross tacks in front of a freight train in rural Clark County.
Fifteen-year-old Rylon Cook of Osceola died over the weekend at a Des Moines hospital. Fourteen-year-old Brooklyn Eggers and 15-year-old Gavin Werner, both of Murray, were killed in the crash.
The 16-year-old driver is still in a hospital with serious injuries.
The crash happened Thursday around 4:30 p.m. near the intersection of Kendall Street and 160th Avenue, east of Murray.
