(Ankeny, IA) -- Free summer concerts begin this week at the Ankeny Bandshell at Wagner Park. The first Summer Sounds Concert Series concert is this Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Five of Hearts band will perform and families are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. The city says there will be a food truck from Sook's Korean Kitchen and Sweet Swirls Rolled Ice Cream. Ankeny will have more free concerts at Wagner Park through July.
