(Linn County, Iowa) -- The trial of one of the suspects facing murder charges in the deaths of two Anamosa State Penitentiary workers is being moved.
Court records show the trial of Thomas Woodard, Jr. will take place in Linn County on June 22nd. Woodard, Jr. and Michael Dutcher are accused of killing prison nurse Lorena Shulte and correctional officer Robert McFarland with hammers during an escape attempt in March.
Dutcher's trial has not been moved and is scheduled to take place in Jones county, also on June 22nd.
