UNDATED -- Iowa's overall unemployment rate is still among the top ten lowest states, but it's going up.
The U.S. Bureau of Labor statistics reports Iowa is now tied with Wisconsin for the 9th lowest unemployment rate in the country at 3.9%.
Iowa had been hovering above that for several weeks as claims had been going down week to week.
First time claims for jobless benefits are up in the latest week.
