(Muscatine, IA) -- Two people have died in a plane crash in Muscatine County. The plane crashed Wednesday afternoon in a rural part of the county near highway 38. KCRG-TV reports the plane may have been traveling from Michigan to Missouri. The National Transportation Safety Board and Federal Aviation Administration will arrive Thursday to investigate the crash.
