(Green Bay, WI) -- Former Iowa State Cyclone Allen Lazard has reported to Green Bay for training camp. The first practice of the NFL season is tomorrow (Wednesday). Lazard, a wide receiver, has signed a one-year exclusive rights free agency with the team.
Last year, Lazard played in 10-games and caught 33 passes for 451 yards and three touchdowns.
Lazard entered the NFL in 2018 on the practice squad for the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Packers signed him in December 2018.
Most of the attention related to the Green Bay Packers has been on Quarterback Aaron Rodgers. His status has been in question after he failed to report to mini-camps. Rodgers, however, has returned to Green Bay.
