(Tokyo) -- Iowa Native Thomas Gilman from Council Bluffs has won the bronze in freestyle wrestling at the Tokyo Olympics. Gilman beat Iranian wrestler Reza Atri in the 57 kilogram division Thursday. While at University of Iowa, Gilman finished as high as second at the NCAA Wrestling Championships and was a three-time All-American. He was also a world silver medalist in 2017.
