(Undated) -- Thunderstorms are possible in Iowa tomorrow (Saturday), both in the afternoon and then later Saturday night or early Sunday morning. The National Weather Service is predicting storms could bring a variety of severe weather threats including strong wind and hail especially Saturday afternoon. Forecasters are also not ruling out the possibility of a tornado and locally heavy rains. They also note the potential severity of storms remains uncertain at this time.
Storms are expected to be fairly fast-moving and storms are possible throughout the state.
