(Des Moines, IA) -- A woman is arrested in connection with a downtown Des Moines bank robbery. Police say Kari Lynn Martin was arrested at a Des Moines motel Monday evening and charged with second-degree robbery. Martin is accused of going into the U.S. Bank on Walnut Street Monday morning and giving an employee a note saying she was robbing the bank. She left with an unknown amount of cash and no one was hurt.
