(Des Moines, Iowa) -- A Des Moines man accused in the January 6th riot at the U.S. Capitol is going back to jail for using his cell phone.
A federal judge in a Des Moines courtroom has ruled that Doug Jensen violated the conditions of his pre-trial release by watching online conspiracy videos about the 2020 election on his iPhone. He was banned from using the internet or cell phones.
U.S. Marshals have taken Jensen back into custody.
