(Des Moines, IA) -- First Lady Jill Biden will be in Des Moines Wednesday. Biden and U.S. Representative Cindy Axne of Iowa will be at the Des Moines Area Community College Ankeny campus to talk about the American Rescue Plan and the Biden administration's agenda. The event isn't open to the public.
