(Des Moines, Iowa) -- Drake University and Broadlawns Medical Center are working together on building a new medical clinic in the Drake area.
Drake University announced Monday that Broadlawns will construct the new clinic on a piece of property the university owns near campus at 29th St. and University Avenue. Once opened, the clinic will serve the general public as well as Drake students and employees.
Construction will begin in May of next year, with the goal of opening the clinic in August of 2023.
