(Des Moines, IA) -- The Des Moines City Council is considering making it illegal to feed certain wildlife such as deer and waterfowl. Some wildlife experts say feeding these animals could do more harm to them than good. Earlier this week the city council passed the first reading of an ordinance that would outlaw feeding the animals. The council will have to pass two more readings before it's approved.
