(Des Moines, IA) -- A man is arrested after he kidnapped and robbed a woman in south Des Moines. Police say 42-year-old Eddie Ramos forced the woman in her car at knife point late Sunday night. He then made her drive to an ATM in the 800 block of Army Post Road. WHO-13 reports the woman was able to locate police after and report the kidnapping and robbery. Ramos was quickly found and is charged with first-degree robbery and second-degree kidnapping.
