(Undated) -- An Air Force veteran is running across the country to raise awareness for mental health - and he's passing through Iowa Wednesday.
Jordan Moon is running eastbound along Highway 34 in southern Iowa.
"Originally we were going to be a little bit further north, but we had to reroute due to the fires up there in northern California," says Crew Chief Cory Clarke.
Moon is running from San Francisco to New York City and they're hoping to finish their journey by the end of October.
