(Des Moines, Iowa) -- A Des Moines man is in jail, accused of kidnapping his neighbor's six-year old child.
A criminal complaint in the case says Deng Kodok took the boy from his neighbor's residence without permission around 9 o'clock Saturday evening. The complaint says Kodok then took the child to Jordan Creek Mall in West Des Moines, where the child was reported as wearing minimal clothing and not cooperating with mall staff.
Police later arrested Kodok and say he smelled of alcohol. He's facing multiple charges.
