(Polk County, Iowa) -- A Polk County judge is denying Deere & Company a temporary injunction to limit picketing outside its facilities.
The company requested the temporary injunction to limit the number of picketers last week. The court ruled that Deere & Company failed to show any damages or disruption of operations due to protests and picketing during the ongoing labor strike.
Workers from the United Auto Workers Union have been on strike at facilities across the Midwest since October 14th.
