(Moline, IL) -- John Deere says its salary workers are filling in on the production line during the United Auto Workers union strike. Deere says salary workers are starting primary production, shipping products, and working in factories. UAW workers have been on strike since last month as they demand better pay and benefits. Deere says its latest offer, which includes ten percent raises, will be its best offer.
