(Des Moines, IA) -- Expect temperatures around 20 degrees above normal in central Iowa Tuesday. The National Weather Service says it'll be breezy in Des Moines with highs in the upper 60s. The average high this time of year is 48 degrees. Temperatures will be back down into the 40s Wednesday.
