Iowa Select Farms and the Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation will present "Operation Christmas Meal" at the Iowa State Fairgrounds on Friday, Dec. 3rd from 4:59am to 8am!
1040 WHO morning hosts "Max & Amy" will be broadcasting live and joined by employees and staff of Iowa Select Farms at Gate 15 at the ISF to give away thousands of 5-pound pork loins to insure that all families can have the gift of a great Christmas meal.
A longstanding tradition in the Fairgrounds, "Operation Christmas Meal" had to shift away from public distribution due to COVID concerns in 2020 and instead, the pork loins were donated to many food banks throughout Iowa.
