(Woodward, IA) -- A warehouse project planned for a central Iowa community is being called off. The unnamed company behind the project in Woodward, northwest of Des Moines, pulled out after the city had a delay in the timeline to have the warehouse open. The one-million square foot facility was set to open by next fall. The company was long rumored to be Amazon, but construction never got underway.
