(Omaha, NE) -- The Omaha Fire Department says carelessly discarded smoking materials are to blame for a house fire on the city's northwest side. The fire department says the fire broke out Sunday morning at a home near N. 79th Ave. and Bondesson St. The fire department got the fire under control in less than 20 minutes and no one was hurt.
