(Council Bluffs, IA) -- Hershel Ratliff of Council Bluffs was sentenced to 30 years in prison for 6 counts of human trafficking Thursday.
Ratcliff was also charged with one count of distributing a controlled substance to a minor.
Police say Ratcliff provided his teen victims with drugs, alcohol and a place to party.
Ratcliff would also convince the victims to preform sex acts with him and his friends for money.
