(Moline, IL) -- The opening of the new Interstate-74 bridge bicycle and pedestrian path is being delayed until the spring. The City of Moline made that announcement this morning, saying construction will wrap up in the next several weeks. However, the city didn't say why the opening is being delayed. The city says it came to the decision after consulting public works staff in Bettendorf and Moline.
