Cedar Rapids New Mayor Sworn In Monday

(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Tiffany O'Donnell has been sworn in as the mayor of Cedar Rapids during a ceremony Monday morning.

In her campaign, O'Donnell promised derecho relief and pandemic recovery.
