(Des Moines, IA) -- Parents testing their children for COVID-19 at home are not required to report positive tests. Iowa's state Health Department says that self-administered tests at home are not required to be reported to schools or doctors. The reminder is being sent out as many students go back to school with different mask requirements this semester.
