(Clive, IA) -- Metro area city officials now have a better understanding of how to apply for grants from the Biden administration's infrastructure bill. Congresswoman Cindy Axne met with leaders from different towns Wednesday to take questions and explain how cities can apply for funds. Officials from Waukee, Clive, and Runnels were present among others. Some of the topics where grants are needed were water treatment and expanding broadband networks
