(Des Moines, IA) -- Euclid Avenue between 12th and 15th Streets is now back open. The section of the busy Des Moines road was closed from 2 a.m. to noon Sunday after a car hit a utility pole. Police say the occupants of the car fled the scene and have not been identified. MidAmerican Energy crews worked early in the morning to fix the pole.
