(Omaha, NE) -- Omaha and Council Bluffs are likely to get three to six inches of snow to end the work week. The National Weather Service says snow will move in from the north late Friday morning and continue throughout the day. The highest snowfall amounts are expected to be east of the Missouri River, with areas in central Iowa seeing upwards of ten inches of snow. The Weather Service says the storm could still shift west, meaning snow amounts in Omaha could increase.
