(Undated) -- Iowa is named the best state to drive in. WalletHub says Iowa does well in cost of car ownership and maintenance and traffic and infrastructure, ranking in the top-ten in both. Iowa’s worst category is safety where it ranks 38th. The rest of the states in the top five are Oklahoma, Kansas, North Carolina, and Texas. WalletHub says the worst state to drive in is Hawaii.
