(Fairfield, Iowa) -- The hearing to have the murder trials of two Fairfield teens moved to juvenile court will continue into February.
Willard Miller and Jeremy Goodale are charged with killing Fairfield High School Spanish teacher Nohema Graber in November of last year. Both were 16 years old at the time of the murder and are being charged as adults. Their attorneys argue they should be tried in juvenile court instead.
The judge in the case was set to hear arguments on moving the cases to juvenile court on Thursday of this week, but court documents released Friday say the hearing will continue until February 10th.
