Omaha Police accident investigators say there were no serious injuries when a westbound Omaha Police cruiser and a southbound S-U-V collided early Tuesday morning in the intersection of 52nd and Dodge Streets in Central Omaha.
They say the officer and the person in the SUV were checked out at the hospital for minor injuries despite heavy damage in the traffic signal controlled intersection.
The investigation continues.
