(Des Moines, IA) -- Des Moines police say the victim of a recent shooting on the city's south side is wanted on attempted murder charges. Police say the 26-year-old man was shot in the face outside the Git N Go at 2140 East Park Avenue Thursday evening. They haven't released his name but says he has active warrants for attempted murder and burglary and will be arrested once he's released from the hospital. No arrests have been made in his shooting.
