There are numerous reports, starting with the "Indianapolis Star," that "USA Swimming" and the Indiana Sports Corporation Tuesday morning will announce the next "U.S. Olympic Swim Trials" will be held in Indianapolis at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Omaha has hosted the last four U.S.Olympic Swim Trials at CHI Health Center arena and convention center in North Downtown.
Before Omaha's successful run, which included managing the event though massive Covid protocols, the event had been held in Indy four times.
The next Olympic trials competition is set for June 2024.
