(Des Moines, IA) -- Thursday is the last day for pet owners in Des Moines to get their dog or cat registered with the city without a late fee. Residents can also pay for the annual dog park pass to get the new gate code. The city says pet owners can complete the annual registration in person at City Hall in the city clerk's office on 400 Robert D Ray Drive. They can also register online on the city website.
