(Undated) -- The Nebraska Democratic Party plans to name its candidate to replace former Nebraska Congressman Jeff Fortenberry this week. Nebraska Democrats say their executive committee will pick the candidate tonight and an announcement will be made Tuesday. Fortenberry resigned last week after being convicted of lying to the FBI. The special election will take place June 28th.
