(Undated) -- Nebraska is the most financially literate state in the U.S. That's according to WalletHub, which says Nebraska is in the top ten in two individual categories, financial planning habits and financial knowledge and education. The other four states in the top five are Utah, Virginia, Colorado, and New Hampshire. Iowa comes in ranked eighth on the list. WalletHub says the least financially literate state is Arkansas.
