(Des Moines, IA) -- A spill of potting soil on the West Mixmaster has delayed traffic in Des Moines. Traffic on I-80/35 was slowed down Wednesday morning after a vehicle lost about 10 bags of potting soil on the ramp from 80/35 Westbound to I-235 Eastbound. Crews left the West Mixmaster just before 8:30 A.M. after pushing the debris off to the shoulder of the ramp. They will return later in the day for further cleanup.
