The Omaha Fire Department says a man is in custody on suspicion of First Degree Arson in connection with a fire in an Omaha apartment.
Fire Investigators say there was a disturbance early Tuesday evening, and they accuse 23-year-old Eh Htoo of using charcoal lighter fluid to start a fire in the living room of the apartment near 66th Street and Fowler Avenue.
They say a suspect description was developed, and a search of the area located Htoo hiding in an adjoining building service room.
No injuries reported;
