(Des Moines, Iowa) -- The Des Moines City Council is considering adding new speed bumps to a number of residential areas.
The proposed plan would add 22 speed bumps, several to be located on High Street, Cleveland Avenue, and Guthrie Avenue. The plan is in response to complaints of people speeding through residential neighborhoods.
If approved, the new speed bumps would be completed by this fall.
