(Des Moines, IA) -- The American Heart Association is saying the annual Central Iowa Heart Walk has raised about $300,000. Saturday's walk was the first in-person Central Iowa Heart Walk since 2019. Supporters and locals walked a three-mile loop starting at the State Capitol building and through the East Village.
