(Undated) -- Iowa has the 5th-smallest drug problem in the U.S. That's according to WalletHub, which says Iowa has the 4th-fewest overdose deaths per capita and the 11th-fewest adults who've used illegal drugs in the past month. WalletHub says neighboring Minnesota has the smallest drug problem and West Virginia has the biggest drug problem. A full list of states is available here.
