(Johnson County, IA). — The DNR is asking the public to help identify three men who dumped construction refuse at an Iowa park. Surveillance photos show them unloading wood pallets and wood construction debris from a long trailer at the Hawkeye Wildlife Management Area in Johnson County late Friday night.
