The University of Nebraska at Omaha May 2022 commencement ceremonies will be this Friday at UNO's Baxter Arena.
The university says approximately 1,851 students are expected to complete their degree work, and approximately 1,450 will take part in the ceremonies.
Degrees will be conferred to graduates in two ceremonies: one at 9 A.M. and another at 1 P.M.
University of Nebraska Regents Barbara Weitz and Jack Stark will be among the day’s honored guest speakers.
The ceremony at 9 A.M. will include the following colleges:
College of Arts and Sciences
UNL College of Engineering
College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences.
The afternoon ceremony at 1 P.M will include:
College of Business Administration
College of Public Affairs and Community Service
College of Information Science & Technology
College of Communication, Fine Arts and Media.
Graduate students will walk with their respective colleges;
Both ceremonies will be open to the public with family and friends welcome.
