(Waukee, IA) -- Readers in Waukee can now be late returning books and most other materials to the public library without paying a fee. Waukee Public Library says it is joining many other public libraries across the nation in dropping late fees starting Tuesday. It says it is making the change so information and opportunities can be equally accessible to everyone.
